A 2-piece precision nozzle kit designed for QuickSwap 3D printers including Creality K1C, Ender 3 V3, and Ender 3 V3 Plus. Each unit features a 0.2mm orifice, titanium alloy heat break, and bimetallic construction (copper alloy body + hardened steel tip). Total weight: ~6.4g for the pack. The all-metal integrated design enables rapid installation and secure thermal separation. Optimised for multi-filament use — fully compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLACF, PACF, and PETCF. Enlarged melt chamber supports increased flow rates up to 30 mm³/s at 240°C, facilitating high-speed extrusion up to 600 mm/s. Tight joint tolerances prevent oozing; polished inner walls and deburred orifices ensure consistent feeding and minimal risk of blockage.
