100cm Aluminium-Loop Steel Cable

A purpose-built 100 cm security cable lock built for UK riders who prioritise reliability over bulk. Its 2 mm diameter houses a multi-strand steel core for balanced flexibility and cut resistance, fully sealed within a matte black PVC sheath resistant to scuffing and UV fading. Termination loops are made from solid aluminium — anodised for surface hardness and inert to road salt and humidity. The symmetrical double-loop design supports three distinct use cases: (1) looping one end around a lamppost and the other around your rear wheel and seatstay; (2) threading both loops through a U-lock’s crossbar for added wheel retention; or (3) securing accessories like lights or panniers to the frame. Especially effective in transitional environments — from train station bike racks to shared apartment courtyards — where locking time is limited but threat exposure remains elevated.
