Built-in 264KB SRAM and 16MB onboard Flash. Equipped with Type-C interface for reversible plug compatibility. Onboard 1.28-inch capacitive touch LCD screen, 240x240 resolution, 65K color display. Features: Onboard battery charging and discharging interface suitable for mobile applications. Upper shell made of CNC metal, back with acrylic frosted bottom plate. Supports USB 1.1 host and device modes. Supports low-power sleep and hibernation modes. Drag-and-drop programming via USB, recognized as mass storage device. Includes accurate on-chip clocks and temperature sensor. 6 GPIOs accessible through SH1.0 connector.
