12V 40 PSI Auto-Start Diaphragm Pump

This 12V DC-powered diaphragm pump provides consistent 3.8 LPM (1.0 GPM) flow at a maximum pressure of 40 PSI (2.8 bar), housed in a compact unit weighing just 0.57 kg (1.25 lbs). It uses 3/8-inch hose barb connections and mounts via standard industry-pattern holes. Power input is via 18 AWG leads (35 cm long) with a 2-pin connector, designed for intermittent-duty 12V systems. Engineered as a 2-chamber self-priming diaphragm pump, it achieves up to 1.2 m (4 ft) suction lift and tolerates dry running — essential for installations where the pump sits above the tank. Thermal protection prevents overheating during prolonged activation. Max fluid temperature rating is 43°C (110°F). Commonly deployed in mobile and off-grid applications: marine freshwater systems, RV/camper plumbing, portable beverage dispensers, RO pre-filtration, distillation setups, agricultural sprayers, and light-duty industrial transfer tasks.
