12V Adjustable Mini Peristaltic Doser

This miniature 12 V DC peristaltic dosing pump offers fine-grained speed control from 0.1 to 60 rpm, producing 60–150 ml/min flow with 3 × 5 mm tubing. Its motor size is 32 × 23 mm, with mounting holes centred at 48.5 mm. Rated for ambient temperatures of 0–40°C and humidity under 80%, it draws 300–350 mA (Type A). The housing blends robust plastic and metal elements; all screws are stainless steel for lasting performance in humid or saline-prone settings. A screwless clasp enables one-handed pump head opening — simplifying tube changes, cleaning and visual verification of roller compression. Equipped with inherent self-priming capability, it begins moving liquid immediately upon power-up — even after extended idle periods. Reversal requires only polarity inversion — no additional circuitry or configuration. Used extensively in laboratory experimentation, aquarium automation, biochemical analysis, pharmaceutical development, fine chemical synthesis and biotechnology workflows demanding accurate, non-invasive fluid metering.
