14-Bit Full-Rotation Magnetic Encoder Module

This module implements the AS5048A 14-bit magnetic rotary position sensor for absolute angle measurement across 360°. It outputs angle data via PWM signal and supports digital readout through SPI or I²C interfaces. Resolution is 16,384 steps per revolution, with typical angular accuracy of ±0.05° after microcontroller processing. The device runs on 5V DC supply and is designed for robust operation: tolerant to magnet misalignment, air-gap variance, and ambient temperatures from −40°C to +150°C. Zero-angle offset is stored in on-chip memory and configured via simple serial commands — no physical adjustment needed. Includes one encoder PCB and one wiring harness. Housing substrate is synthetic paperboard — lightweight yet dimensionally stable under thermal cycling.
