Operating voltage: DC 5V–36V. Trigger signal input: digital high/low level (DC 3.3V–20V), compatible with MCU GPIO, PLC outputs and DC control sources. Supports PWM input signal frequency range 0–20 kHz. Output: DC 5V–36V, continuous current rating 15A at room temperature (400W), upgradable to 30A under auxiliary cooling. Built with imported dual high-power MOSFETs in parallel configuration for lower on-resistance, higher efficiency and robust thermal performance. Dimensions: 34 × 17 × 12 mm (1.34 × 0.67 × 0.47 in). Operating temperature range: −40 °C to +85 °C. Ideal for controlling DC motors, LED strips, incandescent lamps, micro water pumps and other medium-to-high power 5–36V DC loads.
