15A Adjustable PWM Motor Driver

Built in rugged ABS housing and measuring approx. 55 mm, this motor driver operates reliably from 6 V to 36 V DC input — covering standard 12 V, 24 V, and 36 V power rails. Its sustained current rating is 12 A at ambient temperature, 15 A with modest heatsinking, and 20 A when mounted on a high-mass radiator. Control is implemented via three TTL-compatible logic lines (IN1, IN2, EN), supporting direction reversal, dynamic braking, and proportional speed control. Full PWM range is 0.1%–100.0%, with recommended 20 kHz frequency for silent operation and 200 ns minimum pulse width for fine resolution. Input signal thresholds are clearly defined: high level 2.0–5.5 V, low level 0–0.8 V (floating = low). A regulated 5 V output powers external logic, featuring built-in overcurrent and signal-line overvoltage protection. Operating temperature span is -25 °C to +80 °C.
