15A Brushless Forward Reverse Controller

Engineered for reliability in high-current brushless motor applications, this controller accepts 12–36V DC input and delivers up to 15A continuous current and 500W output power. It is purpose-built for hall-free BLDC motors and provides seamless forward/reverse switching alongside smooth speed regulation via either an external 10–50KΩ potentiometer or 5V PWM signal. A dedicated 18mm-thick aluminium heat sink ensures effective heat dispersion, with optional fan cooling advised for long-duration full-load operation. The board arrives fully assembled but with no pre-fitted wires, sockets, or switches — all connections must be soldered manually using a grounded iron. Strict attention to input polarity and UVW terminal isolation is mandatory to avoid destruction. Compatibility has been confirmed with many popular hall-free motors, though final verification is necessary due to inherent differences in motor design parameters such as pole count and inductance.
