15A Solar Anti-Reverse Diode Module

Precision-engineered ideal diode controller module sized 23 × 28 mm (0.9 × 1.1 in), weighing approximately 5 g (0.2 oz). Supports 3–28 V DC operation and handles up to 15 A continuous current. Functions as a smart, solid-state replacement for mechanical or silicon diodes — detecting reverse voltage differentials at millivolt resolution and cutting off output within microseconds. Its low-drop architecture minimises voltage loss and heat build-up, enhancing energy transfer efficiency from solar panels to batteries. Purpose-built for parallel photovoltaic arrays to suppress reverse current flow ('anti-irrigation'), especially critical when panels experience uneven irradiance, orientation, or degradation — safeguarding both battery health and panel longevity.
