LP5912-1.8DRVT is a fixed 1.8 V, 1 A low-noise LDO regulator in a WSON-6 package (2.0 mm × 2.0 mm × 0.75 mm). Input voltage range: 2.2 V to 5.5 V. Output accuracy: ±2% over −40°C to +125°C, 1 mA–1 A load, and full line range. Output noise: 6.5 µVRMS (10 Hz–100 kHz); PSRR: 70 dB at 100 kHz. Dropout voltage: 175 mV at 1 A. Quiescent current: 25 µA typical. Stable with 1 µF ceramic output capacitor only — no input capacitor required. Thermal resistance: θJA ≈ 120°C/W. Targeted at applications demanding both spatial efficiency and spectral purity: high-speed serial interface power (USB 3.x, MIPI), MEMS sensor conditioning, isolated CAN transceiver supplies, and FPGA configuration banks. Its consistent electrical behaviour across temperature and load supports deterministic system-level timing budgets. Used in CE-marked industrial HMIs, UKCA-compliant smart lighting controllers, and ISO 13849-certified safety PLC modules — where predictable voltage regulation contributes directly to functional safety integrity levels (SIL2/SIL3).
