It supports DVI system signals and enables high-quality HDMI video to be converted to standard-definition SCART (480i, 576i) for playback on TVs, VHS VCRs, DVD recorders, and similar devices. Supports PAL_B/N/M, NTSC_M/J/Nc video formats and SCART output. 1.1 Features 1. No driver installation required, portable and flexible, plug and play. 2. Low power consumption, no external power adapter required. Note: When connected to certain devices (such as Blu-ray DVD, 360, PS4, etc.) that do not provide sufficient power through the HDMI port, the converter requires external power via USB cable. 3.
