2 Inch Hot Tub Heater Split Nut Fitting Set

Two-piece 2-inch split nut union fittings for hot tub heater and pump connections. Constructed from UV-stabilised, rigid plastic suitable for outdoor and indoor spa environments. Bore diameter: 50.8 mm (2 inch); outer diameter: approx. 75 mm; thickness: ~12 mm. Total set weight: ~0.3 kg. Includes 2 x split nuts, 2 x 20 mm ID flat washers, and 4 x pan-head screws (M4 × 12 mm). Designed for direct replacement of worn or damaged split nuts on Balboa, Gecko, Spa Builders, HydroQuip, Correctech and Spanet heater assemblies. Not suitable for Saluspa or LX-series heaters. Installation requires only basic hand tools — no pipe wrenches, torches or adhesives needed. Meets standard UK spa plumbing tolerances and thermal expansion behaviour.
