2-Port PoE Extender 802.3af Certified

Compact form factor: 88 mm long × 43 mm wide × 22 mm high. Durable hybrid construction — impact-resistant plastic shell with internal metal chassis for EMI suppression and heat dissipation. Rated for continuous operation between -10°C and +45°C, and 5–90% relative humidity (no condensation). Designed for use with Cat5 or higher UTP cabling (maximum 120 m total distance). Fully compliant with IEEE 802.3af standard: supports 10/100BASE-TX, delivers up to 12.2W per output port (15W max) at 44–55V DC, 0.525A. Input: 44–55V DC, 0.5A (13W). Pinout: Mode A (1/2+, 3/6−), End-Span. Implements store-and-forward switching with 2K MAC address table and 48-packet buffer. Aggregate bandwidth: 1.0 Gbps. Certified to FCC Part 15B, RoHS 2011/65/EU, Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2004/108/EC. Extends PoE reach by precisely 100 metres — bridging the gap between central network closets and edge devices such as perimeter IP cameras, ceiling-mounted APs or deskless VoIP stations. Incorporates auto-sensing circuitry that verifies PoE compatibility prior to power application — protects both upstream switches and downstream endpoints from electrical faults. Installs in seconds — no tools, no software, no training required. Widely adopted across UK public sector estates (council buildings, libraries), private education providers (boarding schools), hospitality groups (boutique hotels), and SMEs upgrading legacy analogue CCTV — especially where aesthetics matter (no visible power bricks) and downtime must be avoided.
