2025 Comtac Tactical Mic Replacement

The 2025 iteration of the Comtac microphone replacement, developed for sustained compatibility with Peltor VI and XPI headset platforms. VI version includes long cable, PA+fiberglass housing, and 6063 aluminum alloy boom. XPI version includes short cable, POM plastic housing, 6063 aluminum alloy boom, silicone jacket, and 304 stainless steel mesh grille. Both adhere strictly to original Comtac mechanical and electrical specifications — same connector type, pin assignment, housing footprint, and mounting screw pattern. Designed for use with C3-compliant tactical radios and legacy Comtac control units, requiring zero software or hardware modification post-installation.
