20A Brush Motor Speed Regulator

Compact module sized 96 × 61 × 34 mm (3.7 × 2.4 × 1.3 in), weighing ~180 g. Housing and internal construction use reliable electronic components suited for industrial ambient conditions. Compatible solely with brushed DC motors. Offers three-state mechanical control: forward, stop, reverse — actuated via tactile toggle switch. Input: DC only, 6–60 V, with strict requirement to match motor’s rated voltage (e.g., 48 V motor → 48 V supply). Output current: up to 20 A peak, 15 A continuous; regulation method is potentiometer-adjusted PWM at 15 kHz. Voltage output remains linear under load, preserving motor torque curve integrity. Digital display indicates commanded speed as percentage (0–100%), calibrated and stable — not inferred RPM. Terminal type: insulated screw clamp (fence-style), rated for repeated connection/disconnection. Mounting: front-panel embeddable with defined cutout — no brackets or adapters needed. Mains AC (e.g., 220 V) must never be connected.
