20mm Stainless Screw Shower Door Rollers

Precisely sized at 20mm wheel diameter, 5mm axle bore, 5.5mm wheel width and 12mm stainless steel screw length. Housing is solid brass for density and anti-corrosive performance; wheels are injection-moulded POM — offering low coefficient of friction, high fatigue resistance and negligible water absorption. Screws are A2-grade stainless steel (equivalent to EN 1.4301), tested for salt-spray resistance per ISO 9227. Internal bearing mechanism ensures minimal start-up torque and consistent velocity throughout the slide stroke — critical for heavy glass doors. Sealed with waterproof PTFE grease to prevent ingress of shampoo residue, limescale-laden water and steam condensate. Designed for retrofitting into existing European-standard shower tracks, especially those compliant with DIN 18009 or BS EN 14428 for domestic wet rooms and accessible bathrooms.
