A complete 24-ounce (710 ml) fermentation solution built around a thick-walled, wide-mouth glass jar measuring 9.5 cm in diameter and 14 cm tall, weighing 480 g. The glass is non-porous, resistant to staining and lingering aromas, and fully dishwasher safe for low-effort sanitation. Accessories include: a tightly woven cotton cloth cover that permits airflow without letting dust or insects enter; a threaded metal lid with rubber gasket for true airtight sealing; a heat-resistant silicone dough scraper with bevelled edge; reversible temperature paper sensitive to shifts between 20°C and 30°C; and write-on date marking tape with archival-grade adhesive. Use cases span sourdough starter propagation, small-batch vegetable ferments (e.g., garlic scapes or green beans), mesophilic yogurt cultures, and overnight dough proofing.
