2A 12V AC to DC Power Module

A purpose-built AC to DC conversion module accepting 12–24V AC input and supplying 12V DC at up to 2A. Dimensions: 65 × 40 × 25 mm. Weight: 85g. Case material: flame-retardant ABS. Input/output terminals support screw connections for wires up to 1.5mm². Designed for continuous duty in ambient temperatures from 0°C to +40°C. Output ripple remains under 150mVpp at full load, and voltage regulation stays within ±5% across line and load variations. Unlike universal-input switch-mode supplies, this unit is optimised specifically for low-voltage AC primaries — offering higher inherent safety, lower standby losses, and simpler compliance pathways for CE-marked equipment integrating auxiliary DC rails. Typical applications include retrofitting 12V DC power into existing 12/24V AC lighting or alarm circuits, powering Arduino/Raspberry Pi peripheral stacks from lab transformers, and supplying logic-level devices in compact automation nodes.
