2pk Self-Use Ear Piercing Tool With Studs

Two ready-to-use ear piercing kits, each integrating a rigid plastic actuator and factory-fitted 316L stainless steel stud. Individually wrapped in ISO Class 7 cleanroom conditions. Dimensions: 85 × 25 × 15 mm per unit; stud gauge: 20G (0.8 mm); post length: 6 mm; total mass: 12 g/unit. Housing material: impact-resistant ABS; stud material: ASTM F138-compliant stainless steel. The tool uses a direct-push mechanical system — no springs, levers or hinges — ensuring reliability across temperature ranges (10–30°C). Activation requires only moderate thumb pressure (approx. 15 N), making it accessible to users aged 10+ without adult assistance. Post-piercing, the stud remains securely seated due to integrated friction-fit retention. Commonly applied in educational settings (e.g., secondary school leavers’ events), faith-based ceremonies (e.g., Hindu mundan-related ear piercing), and NHS-adjacent care homes where infection control protocols restrict reusable equipment — meeting frontline practicality needs without compromising safety.
