3-Level Adjustable Arm & Chest Twister

Built with high-strength metal springs and a leather-wrapped metal frame, this trainer combines rigidity and controlled flexibility. Thick anti-slip foam handles ensure secure contact during dynamic movements. No assembly or external anchoring hardware required — ready to use immediately. The U-shaped geometry supports chest rotation, forearm flexion/extension, wrist pronation/supination, and scapular stabilisation. Resistance is set across three discrete levels via simple spring repositioning — each level offers clearly differentiated tension without overlap or ambiguity. Designed for UK home environments: lightweight enough for storage in small flats or garden sheds, yet stable enough for standing or seated use on carpet or laminate. Targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously, reducing need for multiple pieces of equipment — ideal for those prioritising practicality and time-efficient training.
