300W 20A Adjustable Step-down Module

This compact DC-DC buck converter measures approx. 6 cm × 5.3 cm × 2.7 cm (2.36 in × 2.08 in × 1.06 in) and is built on a rigid PCB. Input voltage range: 6–40 V DC (10–40 V DC recommended); output voltage: 1.2–36 V DC, continuously adjustable; output current: up to 20 A peak, 15 A recommended for continuous use. Efficiency reaches 95% under 24 V input → 12 V / 20 A output conditions. Core components include dual 75 V / 80 A MOSFETs, high-frequency low-impedance capacitors on input and output for clean, stable regulation (output ripple ≤50 mV), and 30 A-rated screw terminals for secure, low-resistance connections. Two integrated heat sinks improve thermal performance. Short-circuit protection operates with automatic recovery (not intended for extended short-circuit exposure). With shared ground between input and output, the module defaults to constant voltage (CV) mode when unloaded and switches seamlessly to constant current (CC) regulation under load. Voltage and current thresholds are set via accessible onboard trimmers.
