304 SS Adjustable Chopped Steak Press

This burger press is built entirely from food-grade 304 stainless steel — known for superior corrosion resistance and inertness in contact with food. Dimensions: 12 cm diameter, 380 g weight. Features a fully adjustable dial mechanism underneath the pressing plate, enabling selection between 10 preset thickness levels. The lever is contoured for comfort and leverage efficiency, and all exposed edges are smoothed for safe handling. The press functions as both a burger former and a chopped steak shaper — ideal for traditional German-style ‘Hacksteak’ or UK-style beef patties. Its firm compression ensures tight binding of coarsely ground meat without overworking, preserving juiciness. Cleaning is simple: rinse under warm water or load into the dishwasher — no soaking or scrubbing required. Use it for weekly meal prep, summer barbecues, or themed dinner nights. Its durability and precision make it suitable for daily use in busy households where consistency, safety, and ease matter most.
