This derma roller contains 540 sharp, medical-grade titanium microneedles, each measuring exactly 3.0mm in length. The compact roller head is approximately 2.5 cm wide and the full unit weighs about 45 g. The needles are securely embedded in a rigid ABS plastic handle, built for stability during controlled rolling motion.
