This 30W direct-coupled FET amplifier board is built for uncompromising signal integrity and wideband fidelity. Physical dimensions: 100 mm × 50 mm × 40 mm. Constructed using a hybrid PCB-and-metal assembly for enhanced heat dissipation and structural integrity. Output capability: 30W into 8 ohms, operating in Class A configuration at ±28V. Measured performance includes harmonic distortion 100, SNR >96 dB, slew rate >30 V/µs, input sensitivity 0.5 V RMS, input impedance 10 kΩ, and voltage gain of 31 dB. Supply voltage recommendation: ±24V DC; absolute maximum ±28V — achievable via 20V AC full-bridge rectification. Engineered for developers, audio engineers, and educators, this board supports rapid prototyping of discrete, high-performance amplification stages. Its direct-coupled architecture avoids electrolytic coupling capacitors — removing a key source of aging, leakage, and low-frequency phase error — making it ideal for long-duration testing, educational labs, and permanent-installation active loudspeakers. Note: Board requires external heatsinking and proper bias adjustment during commissioning. No onboard fusing, short-circuit protection, or standby logic is provided — consistent with its role as a core building-block component rather than a plug-and-play module.
