32 Oz Glass Fermentation Kit

This complete fermentation kit includes a 32 oz (946 ml) wide-mouth mason jar made of thick, durable glass; two evenly weighted stainless steel fermentation weights; a stainless steel fermentation lid with integrated silicone plug; and a food-grade polycarbonate airlock. The jar measures approximately 6.5 inches in height and 4 inches in diameter, with a net weight of approx. 1.2 kg when packaged. All components are designed for repeated use and easy cleaning. The airlock requires only water to function — fill halfway to allow CO₂ release while blocking oxygen ingress, ensuring anaerobic conditions critical for successful lacto-fermentation. After fermentation, the silicone plug replaces the airlock for airtight storage. Ideal for making kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles, fermented vegetables, and other probiotic-rich foods at home.
