32 Oz Reusable Fermentation Set

This reusable 32 oz (946 ml) fermentation set contains a thick transparent glass jar, stainless steel fermentation lid, food-grade polycarbonate airlock, and a solid glass fermentation weight. Jar size accommodates typical home ferments: ~2–3 cups chopped cabbage for sauerkraut, or 1–2 kg of mixed vegetables for kimchi-style batches. Physical specs: ~15.5 cm height, ~8.5 cm diameter, total kit weight ~680 g. All materials are selected for longevity and food safety — the glass resists clouding and etching from salt brines; the stainless lid avoids galvanic corrosion when in contact with acidic liquids; the airlock is dishwasher-safe (top rack) and retains clarity after repeated sterilisation. To operate: fill airlock halfway with water, screw lid on firmly, and store at room temperature. Bubbling indicates active fermentation; when bubbling stops and flavours mature (usually 5–14 days), insert silicone plug and refrigerate. Designed for indefinite reuse — no disposable filters, membranes or single-use gaskets required.
