360g Adjustable Handheld Smoke Infuser Alloy

A precision-crafted, handheld smoke infuser built from corrosion-resistant aluminum and zinc alloy, weighing exactly 360g (12.7oz) for confident handling and travel-readiness. Operates on two AA batteries (not included) and features a manually adjustable gear system for accurate smoke modulation. Tool-free assembly allows rapid configuration before service or storage. Cleaning is straightforward — wipe or rinse with water; dishwasher use is not recommended due to integrated mechanical and electrical components. Designed specifically for cold smoking, it enhances cocktails, smoked fish, roasted nuts, herbal infusions, whole spices, hay and dried botanicals with layered, aromatic smoke in just 3–5 minutes. Trusted by UK-based mixologists, caterers and home chefs seeking reliable, repeatable smoke infusion without complexity.
