Keep the packaging for storage. 3. Peel electrodes from the release sheet by lifting the edge. Do not pull by the wires. 4. If the pads appear dry or lack adhesion, apply a few drops of water to moisten the gel and wait a few minutes to rehydrate. 5. Place electrodes on the treatment area and press firmly along the edges and surface to ensure good contact with the skin. Removal: 1. Gently peel off the electrodes. 2. Clean the electrodes with a non-alcohol wipe or rinse with cold water, then allow to air dry completely. Keep the sticky side facing up to avoid contamination. 3. Return the sticky side to the clear liner and store in the packaging. 4. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, as these can degrade the adhesive gel.
