This motor speed controller is suitable for AC 220/240V, 50/60Hz motors. Speed regulation range: 90–1400 rpm at 50Hz, 90–1700 rpm at 60Hz. Suitable for speed control applications in packaging, printing, food processing, electronics, instrumentation, and garment manufacturing. The controller features high-quality electronic circuits and integrated components for reliable performance. It offers a compact design, high precision, wide speed control range, and long service life. Usage Instructions: 1. Turn off the power supply, connect the device according to the wiring diagram, and ensure all connections are correct. 2. Securely mount the controller and set the speed control knob to the minimum ("0") position before powering on to prevent sudden current surges and potential damage. 3. Turn on the power supply and adjust the speed knob to the desired setting. Turn off the power when not in use. 4. Connect the controller to the motor. If motor torque or speed does not meet requirements, adjust the tuning potentiometer located on the side of the unit. 5. To reverse motor rotation direction, swap the jumper connections labeled "CCW" and "CW" on the rear of the controller. 6. For clockwise rotation, short the "COM" and "CW" terminals. 7. For counterclockwise rotation, short the "COM" and "CCW" terminals.
