Closure: 12 cm wide industrial Velcro with 100% polyester loop and polyamide hook backing. Engineered for progressive overload in glute-hamstring-dominant movements: enables controlled eccentric loading in banded glute bridges, consistent resistance through full ROM in cable-style kickbacks, and enhanced ground reaction force application in plyometric prep. Padding retains shape and rebound after compression cycles. Lightweight at just 185 g per pair, folds flat to 12 × 8 cm — fits inside resistance band rolls or laptop sleeves. Tested across home, studio and outdoor concrete/turf surfaces with zero performance degradation due to environmental exposure.
