Includes a 5-axis interface cable socket (HX2.54) for easy connection to stepper motor drivers. Inverter Setup: 1. Set the inverter to external terminal start. 2. Set the frequency control mode of the inverter to analog (0-10V) input control. Quick Inverter Setup: 1. Do not connect the inverter to the interface board initially. 2. Short-circuit FWD and COM terminals on the inverter, and short-circuit 10V and VI terminals. Connect the spindle. (For better control, connect a potentiometer between 10V, VI, and GND as shown in diagrams.) 3. Power on; if the inverter runs at maximum speed and the spindle rotates normally, settings are correct. (Speed adjustment is possible if using a potentiometer.) Caution! Observe correct power polarity and driver direction. Do not connect or disconnect drivers or motors while powered on. Disconnect all motors when adjusting driver current.
