560mm Foldable Quick Release Handlebar

This 560mm-wide handlebar is fabricated from cold-worked 6061-T6 aluminum alloy — delivering high yield strength and dimensional stability. Total mass is ~509g, with precise machining at all contact points: 31.8mm outer diameter (with gasket), 25.4mm bare tube, and 22.2mm ends. Finish is durable matte black with subtle red detailing for brand-agnostic visual cohesion. The quick-release folding action uses a dual-bearing pivot and ergonomic cam lever — requiring minimal hand force to engage or release, even with gloves on. Gaskets are made from EPDM rubber for temperature resilience (-20°C to +80°C), ensuring consistent performance year-round across UK seasons. Designed for retrofitting on existing bikes and scooters — no frame modification needed — it suits common stem standards across European brands such as Kalkhoff, Riese & Müller, Ridgeback, and Halfords own-brand models — provided stem clamp diameter matches either 31.8mm or 25.4mm.
