5L Outdoor Running Backpack

This outdoor sports backpack delivers 5 litres of functional capacity in an ultra-light package weighing approximately 140g. Constructed from 90% nylon and 10% spandex surface fabric for strength and controlled elasticity, it integrates elastic cloth for adaptive tension and 3D polyester mesh across the entire back panel for continuous ventilation. Inside, a hydration bladder sleeve (bladder not included) sits within the main compartment, and a dedicated zippered pocket fits smartphones measuring up to 6.6 inches diagonally. All body-contact edges are finished with soft, flexible material to prevent chafing during repeated motion. Developed for UK runners training year-round — from coastal paths in wind and drizzle to sun-baked parkruns — the pack prioritises stability, airflow and intuitive access. There are no unnecessary buckles, no frame, no extra pockets: just core functionality executed with precision. The dual-shoulder system remains anchored through stride cycles, and the stretch fabric conforms without binding. Best suited for sessions under 90 minutes or commutes under 15 km — where reduced weight, thermal regulation and secure fit outweigh the need for large-volume storage.
