600W High-Efficiency DC Boost Module

This DC-DC boost converter module provides up to 600W effective power output with an input voltage range of 10–60V and fully adjustable output voltage from 12V to 80V. Physical dimensions measure approximately 76 × 60 × 56 mm (2.99 × 2.36 × 2.2 in), and the module uses a black-and-green PCB layout. Its structural design integrates the boost circuit board and heatsink — the board is mounted directly above the radiator using long screws, enabling immediate thermal conduction without additional hardware or thermal paste application. It supports constant voltage and constant current regulation, although due to its non-isolated boost architecture, the usable constant current range shifts dynamically with input voltage, output voltage, and load resistance. Efficiency peaks at up to 95% when operating within optimal voltage-current combinations. A fuse provides short-circuit protection. Input current is rated up to 15A; output current is adjustable up to 10A. Output power is calculated as P = V_in × 10A — meaning maximum theoretical output power scales with input voltage (e.g., 120W at 12V input, 600W at 60V input). To ensure reliability, always energise the module before connecting any load — particularly crucial when using low-input-voltage sources like 12V batteries under heavy load, where voltage sag below 10V can cause irreversible power stage failure. Parallel connection of multiple units at input or output is strictly prohibited, as it disables individual current limiting and invites current imbalance and thermal runaway.
