60V 400W BLDC Motor Controller

This brushless DC motor controller supports 6–60V DC input voltage and delivers up to 400W power output, with continuous current rating of 16A and peak current of 20A. Its compact dimensions measure 63 mm × 45 mm × 31 mm (L × W × H), and it weighs approximately 73 g. The housing is made from durable ABS plastic, and the board uses full SMT manufacturing for stable performance and reliable forward/reverse operation. The controller features MA/MB phase line outputs for direct motor connection, dedicated Ha/Hb +5V/GND pins for 5-wire Hall-effect sensor integration, and VR pin support for dual-mode speed regulation — via onboard potentiometer or external 0–5V analog/PWM signal. It includes forward/reverse logic interface compatible with standard external switches, SC pin for speed pulse feedback, and separate VCC/GND terminals for main motor power supply (external DC required). A 5V/30mA auxiliary power output is provided for motherboard or sensor use. Designed for industrial, robotics, and custom EV applications, this driver enables precise control of three-phase BLDC motors in both direction and speed — ideal for 12V–60V systems where robustness and Hall-based commutation are essential.
