62mm to 72mm Compact Step Up Ring

This compact step up ring offers a direct mechanical solution for upgrading from 62mm to 72mm filter systems. Built from solid aviation aluminium alloy, it combines rigidity with minimal size: ~74mm outer diameter, just ~8mm tall, and weighing approximately 22g. The 62mm male thread mates cleanly with lens front threads, while the 72mm female thread accepts standard accessories without play or rotation. Surface finishing includes fine-grit sandblasting followed by matte black anodisation — delivering low reflectivity, tactile grip and long-term finish retention. Intended solely as a step-up adapter; no filters, hoods or demonstration items included. Ideal for photographers and videographers seeking reliable, repeatable compatibility across mixed-lens kits in the UK and wider European markets.
