Shape variants include SK (spatula), K (conical), I (flat chisel), B (bevel), 2.4D (fine pointed), and 3C (micro chisel), covering most through-hole and SMD applications. Physical dimensions: SK (4.2 × 6 cm), K (4.2 × 3.6 cm), I (4.2 × 3 cm), B (4.2 × 1.8 cm), 2.4D (4.1 × 0.6 cm), 3C (4.2 × 0.6 cm). Temperature-rated for continuous use between 200°C and 480°C. The absence of galvanisation allows immediate tinning upon heating, supporting low-temperature operation and reducing thermal shock to nearby components. These tips are diamagnetic and naturally resistant to corrosion — but require user discipline: avoid overheating, minimise mechanical pressure, clean regularly with damp sponge or brass wool, and always tin before shutdown.
