8 Inch Aluminium Frame Press

A precision-engineered 8-inch (20 cm) tortilla press combining lightweight yet strong aluminium framing with heavy-duty metal pressing plates. The dual-material structure balances durability with manageable weight (1.2 kg), making it easy to lift, position and store — especially useful in compact UK flats or shared student kitchens. Its round pressing surface ensures symmetrical dough compression, ideal for traditional tortillas, stuffed empanadas and festive heart-shaped cookies. Designed for longevity: the handle joint is reinforced to resist torsional stress, and the plates resist scratching from routine parchment use. Safe for all common dough types including gluten-free masa and spelt pastry. Rinse plates in hot water pre-use; use parchment for zero-stick operation; lightly oil before long-term storage.
