8mm Silicone Double Vent Hearing Domes

These 8mm hearing aid domes are constructed from hypoallergenic silicone, offering gentle contact with sensitive ear canals and resistance to degradation from earwax or moisture. Each set contains 10 domes, and the order delivers two sets (20 domes total) of double vent bass domes compatible with Oticon Minifit systems. The double vent structure improves airflow and low-end frequency transmission while reducing the plugged-up sensation often associated with occluding domes. Designed for use with behind-the-ear, in-ear, and portable sound amplifiers, they support adaptable fitting across multiple hearing device categories. Monthly replacement is advised to sustain acoustic fidelity, seal integrity, and ear hygiene—especially important for active users or those prone to wax accumulation.
