Core technology: bidirectional high-power silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR), mounted on high-temperature FR-4 PCB. Input voltage: AC 220V. Output voltage: smoothly adjustable from AC 10V to 220V. Continuous power: 2000W; peak resistive load: 4000W. Current capacity: rated 20A, tested stable at 25A with heatsink and airflow. Protection: built-in voltage spike suppression, imported trigger diodes, and 630V-rated CBB capacitor. Control interface: multi-turn precision potentiometer with integrated lock-nuts — ready for direct panel mounting. Thermal guidance: passive cooling sufficient ≤10A; fan cooling required >10A. Wiring method: series installation — break live or neutral line of target 220V device (lamp, heater, motor, soldering iron) and insert regulator. Rotating the knob varies output voltage linearly to adjust brightness, speed, heat or voltage level.
