Adjustable 600W Buck Converter Module

A high-efficiency DC-DC buck converter module delivering up to 600 W peak and 500 W continuous output power. Input voltage range: 12–75 V DC. Output voltage is continuously adjustable from 2.5–60 V DC; output current from 1–25 A DC. Efficiency reaches up to 95% depending on operating point (input/output voltage difference, load current). Operates at 80 kHz switching frequency. Cooling is air-based — adequate ventilation is required for sustained 500 W operation. Housing combines metal and plastic for mechanical strength and thermal management. Output voltage presence is shown by a blue LED. Terminals are screw-type, clearly marked ‘IN’ and ‘OUT’, requiring no soldering. Due to inherent buck topology limits, maximum output voltage is ~80% of input voltage (e.g., 60 V output requires ≥75 V input). Includes short-circuit protection via constant-current limiting. Does not include input undervoltage or overvoltage protection — input must stay strictly within 12–75 V. No input reverse-polarity protection. No output anti-reflow diode — external diode required for battery charging or inductive loads (e.g., DC motors). Operating temperature range: –10°C to +65°C. Package contains one module only.
