Adjustable 8-Size Dowel Maker Jig

This dowel maker jig is CNC-machined from lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy and features a corrosion-resistant anodized surface finish. It supports eight precise round rod diameters: 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm and 20 mm. A pre-installed four-edge cutting blade ensures clean, burr-free cuts in solid wood when used with an electric drill. The jig includes a 4 mm twist drill bit for pilot hole preparation, a dowel drive pin for alignment and secure feeding, three fixing screws for stable mounting, a 5 mm wrench for fine-tuning the cutting depth or position, and a T20 wrench for blade maintenance. Ideal for making wooden dowels, round rods and other solid-wood components in joinery, furniture repair and cabinetmaking.
