Adjustable Double Head Nibbler

This drill-powered sheet metal nibbler cuts mild steel up to 1.8 mm thick, stainless steel up to 1.2 mm, and copper, aluminium, plastic or fibreboard up to 2.0 mm. Its core innovation lies in the dual cutting heads mounted on a single unit — allowing seamless transition between edges as wear occurs. The cutting direction rotates freely through 360 degrees, supporting both left- and right-hand curves without repositioning the base. Minimum internal cut radius is 12 mm. Designed for use with standard 8 mm chuck drills operating within 1500–3000 RPM. To preserve edge life — particularly when cutting aluminium — light lubrication of the cutting blade is recommended before and during extended use. Always initiate drill rotation prior to contact, keep the cutter perpendicular to the surface during operation, and retract fully before powering down.
