Adjustable EVA Squat Ramp Wedges

Two high wear-resistant EVA foam wedges, each sized 15 cm × 12 cm × 5 cm, designed for reliable performance in home-based strength training. Supports up to 2000 pounds per block while remaining lightweight and easy to store. Surface stretch lines enhance traction. Used to elevate heels during squats and deadlifts, assist deep squat positioning, and serve as a slant board for calf stretching—helping relieve tightness and maintain lower-leg mobility.
