Adjustable Soft Hand Splint Stroke

A lightweight (≤120 g), handed hand splint tailored for post-stroke flexion management. Overall size approx. 18 cm × 9 cm, with ergonomic curvature matching natural hand anatomy. Made from hypoallergenic, breathable polyester-mesh exterior and multi-density foam padding for balanced support and pressure relief. Includes three independently adjustable hook-and-loop straps: one across the thenar eminence, one encircling the distal forearm/wrist junction, and one anchoring the thumb in opposition. Holds fingers in functional extension with controlled metacarpophalangeal joint alignment — supporting tendon length maintenance and reducing risk of fixed deformity. Suitable for both daytime rest periods and overnight wear. Air-permeable structure enhances thermal regulation and reduces moisture retention — critical for users with impaired temperature perception or limited mobility.
