A robust vertical dowel jig designed for repeatable, high-accuracy dowel hole placement in hardwood, softwood, and engineered boards. Made entirely from machined aluminum alloy, it delivers long-term dimensional stability and resistance to rust or surface wear. Its height-adjustable dual-foot system allows secure setup on boards ranging from thin veneers to thick structural panels, while the self-centring mechanism — aided by two precision-machined claws — ensures each hole is drilled precisely at the intended location. Nine included drill bushings (2mm through 10mm in 1mm steps) fit snugly into the jig body and are sized with outer diameters between 60mm and 70mm for optimal rigidity and alignment. A dedicated dust evacuation groove runs alongside the drill path to keep the work area clear during extended use.
