Adjustable Wrist And Forearm Trainer

This compact trainer weighs 148g and offers fully adjustable resistance from 5 kg to 60 kg via intuitive rotational tuning. It is explicitly intended for strengthening wrist, forearm and hand musculature through five defined positions: one-handed, two-handed, top-handle, handle-down and double-folder — each recruiting different muscle groups and joint ranges. Its portability removes logistical constraints, supporting consistent training across environments. It is equally applicable for maintaining functional strength in active individuals and assisting structured rehabilitation after minor hand or wrist contusions. Benefits include improved local blood flow, reduced subjective fatigue, maintained joint mobility and enhanced neuromuscular control — particularly when performing the advised protocol: 20 repetitions with ~5-second isometric holds per squeeze.
