Take full control of your pellet stove with this controller board. Includes smoke mode and temperature settings ranging from 105°C to 210°C. Features a safe shutdown setting (fan continues to run, auger and igniter shut off). Dual meat probe interface allows temperature monitoring without losing heat when checking internal meat temperatures. (Meat probes not included).
