Alloy-Bodied Cold Smoke Device

Weight: Approx. 311 g (11 oz); Construction: Primary housing in aluminium alloy; key structural inserts in zinc alloy; Powered by two AA batteries (not included). Purpose-built for cold smoke infusion — delivering aromatic complexity without altering food temperature — compatible with hardwood sawdust, roasted tea, dried botanicals, crushed spices, dried grasses, and edible flowers. Fully tool-free assembly/disassembly ensures ease of maintenance; cleaning is performed manually (wiping or rinsing), and dishwasher use is explicitly not recommended. Its lightweight, handheld nature supports agile deployment — whether enhancing smoked mackerel at a coastal BBQ, finishing a smoked-salt rim on a Bloody Mary, or adding depth to artisanal cheese platters at home or in hospitality venues.
